Must have decent graphics; either as good as me or better.
Any discriminatory remarks that's meant to offend on your site then you can just stop right here and not apply.
Whatever sites can apply, freewebs, piczo, whatever, I'm very flexible about that.
Just put my link button up, or my site name in your affies' section, that's all I ask.
In the so you section, put "think you can".
A comment or two would be nice, you don't have to though.
If you want to be an EILTE, please say so in the last section.
To be an ELITE, you MUST put my button up on EVERY page just like how I'll do.
Changed my mind, in the so you section, put "think you can dance".
You can reapply as many times as you want, I might change my mind the second time if you're lucky.
